When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

1. Non-Delivery of Service

If you do not receive the delivery email due to email provider issues, please contact our Billing Department.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 60 days from the delivery date. After this period, the service will be considered delivered and downloaded.

2. Download or Unzipping Issues

If you experience difficulty downloading or unzipping the product, please contact Technical Support.
If no support request is made within 60 days, we may consider the product successfully delivered and decline a refund.

3. Major Defects

If a product contains major defects, report the issue to Technical Support.
We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If we cannot fix the issue in this time, a full refund may be issued, or a replacement product may be provided at your choice.
Please note: temporary access to your server may be required for troubleshooting. Failure to provide access may delay resolution and affect refund eligibility.

4. Product Not as Described

If the product does not match its description, contact Technical Support within 60 days and provide clear evidence.
Refunds will not be granted for issues based on personal expectations or preferences.
